REFUND POLICY
- TREATMENTS - All treatments purchased online are nonrefundable. All sales are final. All treatments purchased during the Black Friday Sale must be booked and completed within 6 months of purchase. Cannot be refunded but can be used for office credit towards another service, unless otherwise stated.
- SKIN CARE PRODUCTS - You may return any unopened skin care products within 30 days of purchase for a full credit as long as they are in their original packaging. Any opened purchases would need to be exchanged for spa credit towards any treatment or product of equal value. Limit 1 skin care product return per person.
