Black Friday Sale Terms & Conditions
1. Sale Period:
- This Black Friday sale on medical treatments (hereinafter referred to as "Sale") will commence on November 24th, 2023, and conclude on November 26th, 2023.
2. Eligibility:
- The Sale is open to all individuals aged 18 and above who are interested in purchasing medical treatments offered by Sculpt MD.
3. Sale Restrictions:
- Treatments purchased during the sale must be used within six (6) months from the date of purchase.
- The sale discount cannot be combined with any other special offers, promotions, gift cards, or discounts.
4. Purchase and Payment:
- All sale purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Payment for treatments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
5. Store Credit:
- In the event that a customer is unable to use a purchased treatment within the stipulated six-month period, the amount paid for the treatment may be converted into store credit with Sculpt MD.
- Store credit may be used towards the purchase of any other medical treatments offered by Sculpt MD and is subject to the same sale restrictions and conditions.
6. Appointment Scheduling:
- Customers must schedule their treatment appointments with Sculpt MD in advance.
- Appointment availability is subject to Sculpt MD's schedule and may be limited during peak times.
7. Treatment Availability:
- The availability of specific treatments may vary and is subject to the discretion of Sculpt MD.
8. Liability:
- Sculpt MD shall not be held liable for any injuries, complications, or adverse reactions that may occur as a result of any medical treatments purchased during the sale.
9. Privacy Policy:
- Customer information collected during the sale will be handled in accordance with Sculpt MD's privacy policy.
10. Modification and Termination: Sculpt MD reserves the right to modify or terminate the Sale or any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
